Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki
This Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki recipe is a Mediterranean-inspired dish that's perfect for a summer barbecue or a quick weeknight dinner. The marinated chicken is grilled to perfection and served with a creamy and refreshing Tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
