Chicken Bacon Alfredo Enchiladas
Chicken Bacon Alfredo Enchiladas combine the flavors of classic Italian Alfredo with a Tex-Mex twist. These creamy and savory enchiladas are filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, making them a comforting and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the flour tortillas, spooning it onto the center of each tortilla
Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish
Top the enchiladas with any remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese, if desired
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving, if desired
